68 Hundred Bistro

As a full-service, student-run restaurant, the 68 Hundred Bistro provides Culinary Arts students with valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations. Bistro open dates and menus will be posted on MVCTC.com weekly. When open, the Bistro can serve customers only from 11:00 A.M. to 12:45 P.M. due to the high school schedule.

Pre-School

Pre-school at MVCTC is for children ages 3-5 years who are potty-trained. 

Classes run Monday-Thursday from September to May. The morning program runs from 9:00 to 11:15 a.m., and the afternoon program runs from 12:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. 

Registration for the following school year opens each spring. A $40 non-refundable registration fee is required.
