MVCTC Veterinary Science Graduate Emma Hershberger Awarded Larry Studebaker Memorial Scholarship
Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) is proud to congratulate Emma Hershberger, a 2026 Veterinary Science graduate from Miami East High School, on being selected as a recipient of the 2026 Larry Studebaker Memorial Scholarship, presented by the Miami Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD).
The scholarship recognizes students who have demonstrated a passion for agriculture, conservation, and natural resource stewardship while preparing for careers that support Ohio's agricultural community.
During her time at MVCTC, Emma distinguished herself through her dedication to Veterinary Science and her commitment to agricultural education. She consistently demonstrated leadership in the classroom and through Career Technical Student Organization (CTSO) activities.
Among her accomplishments, Emma was part of the Veterinary Science team that earned Best in Show at the 2026 Tech Prep Showcase, highlighting the innovative work and technical skills developed through MVCTC's Veterinary Science program.
