MVCTC Pre-Law students showcased their legal skills at the 42nd Annual Ohio Mock Trial Competition. The event, held at the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, was sponsored by the Ohio Center for Law-Related Education (OCLRE) and the Dayton Bar Association. MVCTC students joined over 2,000 participants from across Ohio in the district-level competition.

The Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) is proud to announce the successful launch of the new Jefferson Township MVCTC Agricultural Education program. This partnership provides Jefferson Township students with hands-on, career-focused agricultural education that will prepare them for future success in the growing field of agriculture.
Jefferson Township students recently experienced an iconic moment in FFA tradition: receiving their first blue corduroy FFA jackets. The symbolic jacket, recognized nationwide as a cornerstone of FFA membership, represents pride, dedication, and belonging to the larger FFA community.

The Agriculture & Livestock Production Program at the Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) has had an eventful start to the year. This fall, students and staff celebrated the birth of a baby calf on campus, marking a memorable milestone. More recently, during Winter Break, instructor Nick Wright and his family dedicated their time to assist with the arrival of five baby piglets, adding to the program's hands-on learning experiences.

The Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) proudly hosted its 44th Annual Charity Auction on Friday, December 13, raising over $14,000 to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Dayton. This longstanding tradition, which began as a simple hat auction 44 years ago, continues to grow, thanks to the dedication of MVCTC’s FFA alumni, current students, and retired Agricultural instructors.

The salon will be open from 11:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, providing walk-in and appointment options. For chemical services, all clients must arrive by 11:45 a.m. to allow ample treatment time. The salon is conveniently located at 6800 Hoke Road, Englewood, Ohio.
