Criminal Justice
The Criminal Justice program at MVCTC provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary for careers in law enforcement, corrections, and private security. Students will study Ohio criminal and traffic laws, police report writing, 911 dispatching, patrol techniques, and correctional facility operations. The program also includes training in self-defense techniques, public relations, and military drills, with daily physical training to help students achieve a high level of fitness. Students will have the opportunity to earn certifications such as 911 Career Training Dispatch Certification, ASP Baton Certification, and OC/Pepper Spray certification.
