Learn essential culinary skills, including purchasing, cost control, menu planning, baking, and pastry arts, while also studying hospitality marketing, business management, and economics. Master fire safety in the workplace and fire extinguisher training to ensure a safe kitchen environment. Earn industry-recognized certifications such as ServSafe Food Handler and Manager, ServSafe Allergens, RISE Up Customer Service, and CPR First Aid. College credit connections through Sinclair College and Hocking College, this program prepares you for a successful career in the culinary and hospitality industries.
