Treasurer's Office
The MVCTC Treasurer’s Office, led by Treasurer Mr. Brad McKee, manages all school financial matters, including student fees and scholarships. If you have questions about current fees or are a graduate seeking information on scholarship reimbursements, please contact the Treasurer’s Office for assistance.
About Student Fees
MVCTC is a public school, so there is no tuition.
However, some career-technical programs have added costs for tools, materials, and hands-on learning experiences. These are included in the student fees.
Each year, we review all program fees to keep them as low as possible. We only include items that are essential for student success.
All fees are listed by career-technical program and graduation year. Click on the link for your student's graduation year to view fees.
Paying Student Fees
We encourage families to pay at least 50% of the total fees before the start of school.
You can pay:
-
At Schedule Pick-Up Night (in person)
-
In person at the Cashier’s Office (near the Visitors Entrance)
-
By phone with Mrs. Lisa Smart at 937-854-6286
-
Online through Pay Schools Central
Please note: If you already have a PaySchools account for your child or other children at your partner school district, or for Northmont food service for lunch accounts, you will need to create a new PaySchools account for MVCTC using a different email address for student fees..
Need Help with Fees?
We understand that fees can be a challenge. Here are some ways we can help:
-
Payment Plans – Pay over time online or by sending monthly checks to the Cashier.
-
Scholarships – The MVCTC Education Foundation offers fee scholarships, usually awarded in April or May. Ask your MVCTC School Counselor for more information.
